Why has the refund not been applied to the original purchase?

Frasers Plus works in a similar way to a standard credit card model. A refund by a retailer will be applied as a credit transaction and will not link back to the original purchase. 

When a return is refunded to the account the original purchase will still be active as a payable transaction.
