I have returned the goods why am I still being asked to pay?

If your refund has been applied between the 1st of the month and the payment due date it will automatically be assigned to the next month's billing. You can request that it is brought forward to the current month so that your bill is reduced by Submitting a request.

Please note that a refund will not directly reduce the related transaction but will actually just be loaded as a credit onto the account.
